Miriam Pino serves as Director of Design and Development for the Company and is responsible for all capital projects ranging from ground up development to large scale renovations. She is responsible for all aspects of the projects including site selection diligence, feasibility analysis, government approvals, project management as well as leading the design and purchasing aspects until the project is complete and transitioned to the Operations team. She has successfully led the development of the Company’s two largest campuses located in Lake Mary and Davie, Florida totaling over 550 combined units and she is currently leading the latest development of a 141-unit facility in Aventura, Florida which will be part of a larger mixed use project.

Ms. Pino has spent over 35 years in the design and construction industry with more than 25 years focused strictly on the senior housing industry. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Miami.
